Season outlook: In their first season of playing a varsity schedule, the Lady Grizzlies made the state playoffs with a team comprised of mostly freshmen. The bulk of that team returns this fall. Seven starters are back, including pitcher Kate Gorczyca. If this program continues to progress, Creekview could be in the region title chase.

Season outlook: Holy Innocents� started slowly last fall, then ended the season strong to earn a trip to the postseason. The Lady Golden Bears hope to pick up where they left off last season. If the team adjusts to its new coach, expect the team to be in the postseason hunt. There is plenty of returning talent, including five strong seniors.

If this team gets some early confidence, the Lady Lions could be trouble for opposing teams late in the year.
