Season outlook: Jordan had a rough season in 2006, but 2007 looks promising as nine starters return. However, only one of those is a senior (Shauna Harrell). Juniors Brittany Manuel (.385 avg.) and Heather Stewart (.375 avg.) return to lead the offense. The bulk of the talent lies in a large sophomore class. Expect the Lady Red Jackets to be much better this fall.

Season outlook: Some underclassmen must step forward if Shaw is to approach last year�s success. Only three returning starters are back, however, there are several players who earned significant playing time last year. Keep an eye on Misha Aldridge, who batted .367 last season. A strong group of freshmen and sophomores are expected to contend for playing time.
