Season outlook: Marist was clearly the class of Region 6-AAAA last year, winning the region crown before dropping a pair of 1-0 games in the state sectionals. The Lady War Eagles should make a run at the postseason again this year despite a relatively young team. Senior pitcher Stacey Milspaw (6-2, 1.50 ERA) is the only returning senior. However, expect a strong junior class to help out.
